New Surface Sizing Agent for Corrugated Paper 1. Product Introduction: New surface sizing agent is for the surface strength and water-resistance of the corrugated paper with pulp-adding. It can replace the liquid surface sizing agent completely.Due to the Hydrophobic Gene, it can become the Water-resistance Gene together with the starch molecular.This improves the water-resistance of the surface sizing starch for corrugated paper. After sizing with this product, the water-absorption value can be 50% max, water-resistance time can be 3-5minutes. 2. Specification:
3. Using Method: Put this product into the cooking-starch reactor, cooking together with the starch. Usually the consumption is 10-15kgs for paper 1mt. At the same time, it can save the starch 15kgs based on the original procession method. It needn’t any liquid sizing agent. 4. Packing and Delivery Packing: 25kgs PE/PP bag.
