Retention aid for papermaking industry Product introduction: C492 is a low toxicity,ultrahigh molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide,appearance is flowable particles,no dust and good solubility.C492 as one wet end additive,plays good performance of filtration,retention,molding and improving run performance in papermaking. Specification:
Product characteristics: 1),Improve fibers,fine fibers and fillers' retention rate. 2),Provide a stable wet end environmen to improve paper forming and paper performance. 3),Improve filtration of paper forming and paper pressing,saving energy consumption in the drying process. 4),Suitable for wide range of PH,not depend on the aluminumsulfate. 5),Through FDA test,can be used to produce paper and paperboard in contact with food. 6),Doesn't contain surface active ingredients,environmentally friendly. Product application: C492 is widely used in the production of cultural paper,newspaper,paperboard and special molding producton.It is recommended at the slurry,the adding point should be selected at the last cut point before the paper forming,dosage is 0.01-0.1% per ton paper.It can be used in single retention,dual retention and particle retention system. It also can be used as high polymer flocculant to improve paper machine recovery efficiency. Package and storage: 25kg per bag.Stored in the indoor dry place,shelf life is 24 months.
